A massive congratulations to the wonderful Becci and Tom, who tied the knot on the 29th August 2026 at the breathtaking Wooladon Estate in Lifton, Devon! The Great British weather delivered its customary rain, but absolutely nothing was going to dampen the spirits of these two. They were an absolute joy to be around and truly made the most of every single second of their special day. 

 

Like most grooms, Tom confidently claimed he wouldn't shed a tear. However, it appears a rogue piece of dust firmly lodged itself in his eye just moments before the stunning Becci made her entrance down the aisle alongside her father, Les. Becci looked utterly sensational in a flowing white dress, whilst the groom looked incredibly sharp in a blue jacket, floral tie, and beige trousers.

 A very special mention must go to their fantastic son, Arthur, who stepped up as the ring bearer. He delivered the rings flawlessly and rightly earned a brilliant round of applause from the guests!

 

Following the beautiful ceremony, drinks were served on the lawn. Guests enjoyed a selection of lawn games, including the rather dangerous-sounding Hammerschlagen – the traditional art of driving six-inch nails into a tree trunk. Unsurprisingly, this proved significantly more difficult after a few of the groom's signature drinks! Tom’s taste in celebratory shots is certainly unique: the infamous 'Pickle Shot', a robust measure of whisky quickly washed down with a chaser of pickle juice. 

 

As the evening drew in, the incredible @chargepartyband ensured the night was rounded off in a suitably awesome way, bringing the ultimate party vibes to the dancefloor. A huge shoutout must also go to @kate_gillies1 from Wooladon, who was as wonderful and accommodating as ever.  Speaking of time, it took Tom a rather leisurely 10 years to finally pop the question to Becci! But as the perfect ending to their journey down the aisle reminds us: 

 

"It matters not how many years pass before the question is asked; when two souls find their forever, time is simply a waiting room for a lifetime of love."
