The Fellowship of the Ring (and the Wedding Cake): A Legendary Tale from Moonacre ??

Move over, Frodo—there’s a new quest in town, and it didn’t involve walking into Mordor! Lisa and Dino officially formed their own Fellowship at the breathtaking @moonacre_dorset, and we’re fairly certain even Tolkien would have stopped to take notes. ?✨

Lisa graced the ceremony looking like she had just stepped out of Lothlórien. Her gown was so radiant it could have lit the way through the Mines of Moria, leaving every guest (and especially her mum, Carol) reaching for their handkerchiefs. Dino, meanwhile, proved that you don't need mithril armor to look heroic; his Italian cream three-piece suit was sharp enough to cut through a Nazgûl’s screech. As the Italians say: “L'amore domina senza regole”—Love rules without rules, even in Middle-earth! ??❤️

Highlights from the Third Age (of the Wedding): ✨ Small hobbits (children) were seen casting enchantments across the lawn. ? ✨ The romance was so thick you could have spread it on a piece of Lembas bread. ✨ A surprise appearance by some bearded bridesmaids—proving that while Lisa went full Galadriel, her squad went full Gimli. ?‍♀️ ✨ More laughter than a victory feast at Edoras.

Rest assured, dear guests: despite the immersive atmosphere, we conducted a full inspection and can confirm that zero elven ears were harmed—or even spotted—during the festivities. ??

It was a day of pure, unadulterated magic, and we are so honored to have witnessed this new chapter. To the new Mr. & Mrs.: “Dove c’è amore, c’è vita” (Where there is love, there is life). May your journey together be long and your second breakfasts be plentiful! ??
